DIA 1: AREQUIPA – CHIVAY<\/b><\/p>\n
7:30 to 8:00 a.m. Pick up from the hotel and departure to Chivay through the Yura Zone until we reach the Salinas and Aguada Blanca National Reserve (Pampa Ca\u00f1ahuas) where we will appreciate the vicu\u00f1as, then we will have our first stop in the area called Patahuasi to have a coffee or mate de chachacoma or coca which will help us to acclimatize, we will continue with our tour observing the various landscapes of the area. Toqra is our next stop where we will observe various llamas and alpacas that mix in the bofedales (small lagoons formed by thaws). Which shelter diversity of local and migratory birds.<\/span><\/p>\n We will continue until we skirt the crater of the extinct Chicura volcano until we reach Pata Pampa at more than 4,910 meters above sea level, known as the viewpoint of the Andes, where we will appreciate the snow-capped peaks and volcanoes.
