We will continue our guided tour of the archaeological centers located in the surroundings of the city of Cusco; starting with Sacsayhuaman (Fortaleza), its Quechua name means "satisfied hawk" was built with huge blocks of stone. In the time of the Incas it was called the "house of the sun" and it was a religious center of great importance in the local tradition.
Then we will visit Qenqo word that means "Labyrinth" coined by the Spanish for its labyrinthine underground galleries and for the small channels carved in zigzag. We will continue our tour visiting Puca Pucara Tambo of the Inca roads), called the red fortress, it is built with stones with that tone of color and finally we will arrive at Tambomachay , which was an Inca temple dedicated to worshiping water.

Visita la Basílica de la Catedral (monumento religioso de la época Colonial con un valor extraordinario y artístico), realizaremos una pequeña caminata pasando por las principales calles de la ciudad donde podremos observar muros y construcciones de la época inca que aún se encuentran bien conservadas hasta llegar al templo de Koricancha (templo del Sol), este maravilloso templo es considerado sagrado ya que albergaba a sacerdotes Incas encargados de adorar al Dios Sol.
